How does the membership work?
Very simply. Select a ‘Master Shaver’ Plan!  Put in your billing/shipping information and your cartridge refills will arrive each month. If you purchase a Master Shave Gift Set, your cartridge refills will be billed and sent 30 days from the date of purchase.

Are their shipping fees?
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on eligible items $49 and over that are shipped within the continguous United States.

How long does a cartridge refill membership last?
After you sign up, your membership to receive monthly cartridges will continue until you cancel.

How do I cancel a membership or suspend delivery?
Sign in using the login and password you created when you purchased the membership to see cancellation and other subscription options. You can also send us an email at contactus@mymastershave.com requesting cancellation or suspension at anytime — 24/7. It is important to note that we do not prorate your monthly fee.

How long does it take for the gift sets or refills to arrive?
In most areas 3-5 days.

Can women use these razors?
Absolutely!  We recommend the 3-blade for most women.

What is your refund/replacement policy?
We hope you love our razor, packaging and customer service. However, if there is a problem, send an email to:  contactus@mymastershave.com and we will handle your refund/replacement. Satisfaction guaranteed or return product within 30 days for a refund.  We want you to be happy.

Do you carry other shaving products?
That plan is in the works.  Soon we will be providing natural and organic-based shaving creams, lotions, balms, and moisturizers.  All updates will be on our website.

I’m having trouble resetting my password – can you help with that?
Be sure your password reads at least “Medium” strength.  This is a built-in security for your account privacy.

Can I send a special message to the person I’m sending a gift to?
Yes!  At checkout, enter your special message and it will be printed on the gift card and provided with the gift set. There is a 150 character limit, so make every word count!
